Shamanic Trance Drumming
Evening Gathering

At regular intervals, trance drumming in the sacred tradition of the Nepalese Jhankris takes place on our grounds.

The drum is the shaman's steed and a sacred key to trance. With it, we journey through the worlds and connect with natural forces, spirit beings, goddesses and gods, and the ancestors.

The ritual framework is guided, offering ample space for your personal experience of trance, meditation, and deep connection. We exclusively use the Denguru (Dhyangro)—the authentic shamanic drum from Nepal—or the frame drum. You are welcome to bring your own drum; Dengurus can be provided in limited numbers.

Vocal Worlds
Workshop

Our voice is the origin of all music; as a means of communication, it connects us with other humans and animals. It is a therapeutic balm and a mirror of the soul. When lovingly explored and nurtured, it becomes the most powerful synthesizer in the world.

The recurring workshop Vocal Worlds is just as suitable for absolute beginners in singing as it is for advanced and professional vocalists, as we explore sounds, forms of expression, and improvisational approaches together in a sacred, protected space—beyond Eurocentrism and competition.

Musignature
Retreat

During the retreat, practices, deep experiences, and connections are gently deepened and anchored over several days. The musical journeys blend harmoniously with shamanic practices and rituals within the surrounding nature, where longer trance walks may be woven in. We spend our shared evenings gathered around the fire or immersed in a meditation concert.

This offering takes place between spring and autumn.
